This course is the combination of both level 2 and level 3 fitness. It will provide you with the foundation of fitness to allow you to work within a gym environment. Once you have successfully passed your level 2, you will progress onto your level 3 personal training course, which will allow you to carry out 1-2-1 programming with clients and help them with nutrition.

L2 Anatomy and Physiology - Gain an understanding of the body systems, how they work and how they adapt to exercise.

L2 Principles of Fitness - Gain an understanding on how to plan warm ups, cool downs and programmes for various clients, using a range of cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and body weight exercises.

L2 Planning and Teaching Gym Based Sessions - Gain an understanding on how to deliver safe gym inductions for a range of clients, showcasing your knowledge and skills.

L3 Advanced Anatomy and Physiology - Gain a deeper understanding of the body systems, how they work and how they adapt to exercise.

L3 Nutrition - Gain an understanding of how diet plays an important role in achieving various goals.
